Three things.
Done unreasonably well.
Below — the three things Opus Digital builds, each with a named price, a plain timeline, and the tier it belongs to. No jargon. No “discovery call.” No pretend mystery.
Web design and development.
Modern, mobile-first websites — not a Wix template, not a WordPress theme someone bought for you. Custom-built, fast to load, with MoMo and Airtel Money wired in on day one. If you need online ordering, booking, or a storefront, that's in the build.
Custom design, mobile-first
90% of your customers will find you on a phone. The site is built for that phone first, then scales up to desktop.
MoMo + Airtel Money, wired in
Customers pay with what they already use. No card-entry friction, no abandoned carts because someone didn't want to type a 16-digit number.
Online ordering or booking system
Menu, availability, slots, notifications to your WhatsApp — the whole flow that turns a phone tap into revenue.
Custom domain + professional email
you@yourbusiness.rw — registered in your name, configured properly, never expiring silently.
Owner-editable where it matters
Menu prices, hours, opening announcements — you edit them. Anything structural, we're on WhatsApp.
Custom software for your business.
When a spreadsheet can't carry the weight anymore — inventory across three notebooks, bookings lost in WhatsApp, stock counted twice and still wrong — the answer is software built for your specific workflow. We write it, train your team on it, hand over the source code.
Inventory, POS or bookings — whichever you actually need
Your categories, your rules, your stock alerts. Multi-location if you have them, barcodes if you want them.
Built around your workflow, not a template
We spend the first week inside your operation before writing a line of code. The software fits your team, not the other way around.
Source code in your name, plus a maintenance retainer
Delivered in a Git repository registered to you, with 90 days of post-launch support included. After that we move to a monthly retainer — bug fixes, small features, security updates, all on tap as your team uses the system.
Google Business Profile + SEO.
Get found on Google Maps and ranked in your neighbourhood. We set up the Profile, run on-page and local SEO, clean up citations across Rwandan directories, and build the review pipeline that keeps the listing climbing.
Google Business Profile — set up and verified
Photos, hours, categories, description — all written to rank in local search around your neighbourhood.
On-page SEO + citation clean-up
Title tags, meta descriptions, schema, internal linking. Plus your name/address/phone consistent across every Rwandan directory.
Review pipeline + monthly tracking
QR card for happy customers, reply templates, Search Console hooked up, monthly report on what's climbing.
From the first message to growing alongside you.

30 / 60 / 90 days of support by tier. Then a monthly retainer keeps the site sharp, the SEO climbing, the software up to date as you grow.
The questions we hear most.
If yours isn't here, send it on WhatsApp — we reply in about four hours during working hours, in plain language, with a real answer.
How much does a website cost in Rwanda?
Web builds at Opus start at 500,000 RWF for a 3–5 page mobile-first site with MoMo Pay, a custom domain, and 30 days of support. E-commerce or booking sites land between 1,200,000 and 2,500,000 RWF depending on the catalogue size. We give a fixed quote on WhatsApp within four hours — never a vague "depends."
How long does it take to launch a site in Kigali?
A small business site goes live in 5–14 days from the day the brief is signed. E-commerce and booking sites take 3–5 weeks because they need real testing with MoMo and your stock. Custom software lands in 4–6 weeks. We don't ship work we wouldn't proudly put our name on.
Do you integrate MoMo Pay and Airtel Money?
Yes — every web build and every custom software project that handles customer payments ships with MTN MoMo and Airtel Money checkout by default, using the official APIs. Customers pay in two taps and the money lands in your business wallet same day.
Will I own the website, the code, and the domain?
Yes, completely. The domain is registered in your name with the Rwandan registry. The Git repository sits under your GitHub organisation. The Google account, hosting, and CDN are all in your name. Another Rwandan developer can pick up the project six months later without paying us a license fee.
How much does Google Business Profile setup cost?
Our GBP setup, local SEO foundation, citation clean-up, and review pipeline starts at 150,000 RWF and is delivered in three days. Most clients then move onto a 200,000 RWF/month retainer for ongoing tracking and content. Both are cheaper than a single month of Facebook ads — and they compound.
What happens after launch — do you disappear?
No. Every project includes 30–90 days of free post-launch support (length depends on the tier). After that, most clients move onto a monthly retainer (from 150,000 RWF/month) for hosting, security patches, content updates, and small new features as the business grows. We grow with our clients; we don't vanish after launch.
Do you build in Kinyarwanda, English, and French?
Yes. We routinely ship sites and software in all three languages so your customers and team can use the product in the language they think in. Switching between languages is a one-tap toggle.
Can I see live work you've built for other Rwandan businesses?
Yes — every project we've shipped is on /project with named clients, real deliverables, and links to the live sites where the client has agreed. We don't show portfolio pieces under NDA fog or fake mockups.
Pick the tier. Send one message. We'll start.
Two slots opening for Q3 2026. Named prices, fixed timelines, yours to own from day one. The first message is on WhatsApp.
